Heroin abuse in Keene prompts community talk


KEENE — A community discussion on heroin abuse is planned to take place at Keene High School on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Heroin: Talking Out Loud is sponsored by Monadnock Voices of Prevention and the City of Keene Youth Services.

Keynote speakers are Scott Sweet of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, and Timothy O’Rouke from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

The panel discussion will be followed by a community questions and answer session.
