Fugitive of the Week: Christopher Rabbia wanted for fraud
Rabbia, 49, is wanted on warrants from U.S. District Court for violating supervised release on an original conviction for aggravated identity theft and healthcare fraud. Rabbia has an extensive history of arrests including violence and using a variety of aliases during these arrests.
