Criminal mischief, trespass charges for Derry woman in Hudson incident

HUDSON - Police arrested a Derry woman early Wednesday morning after they found her inside a Derry Road home where a bulkhead door had been forced open and two windows broken.

Someone called police at 1:16 am. after hearing the sound of broken glass and loud noises coming from 147 Derry Road.

On arrival, patrol officers found two broken windows on the ground level and the wooden bulkhead door leading to the basement open.

Officers entered the home through the bulkhead door and began to search it. A woman, later identified by police as Vanessa Lemieux, 29, came down the stairs into the basement. She was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal mischief and one count of criminal trespass.

Lemieux posted $240 cash bail and was released. She is to be arraigned July 16 at 9th Circuit Court - Nashua District Division.
