MANCHESTER — A police department operation targeting prostitution Tuesday night in the area around Enright Park, at Manchester and Lincoln streets, resulted in five arrests.

Police have received many complaints about prostitution activity in the area, so a plainclothes police officer posed as a prostitute Tuesday night and three men separately approached the officer and offered money in exchange for a sexual act.

Arrested and charged with solicitation were: Semir Muslimovic, 50, of 189 Garden Drive; David Fineblit, 64, of 8 Brigadoon Lane, Bedford, and Miguel Sanchez Caraballo, 53, of 138 Pearl St.

While the operation was underway, officers noted a female who was previously arrested for prostitution walking in the Lincoln Street area. A vehicle on Lincoln Street slowed and stopped near the female, who then entered the vehicle.

Officers followed the vehicle to a parking lot on Hanover Street, where they observed the two people engaged in a sexual act next to a senior housing building. They were arrested and charged with indecent exposure. They are: Charles McMillan, 36, of 295 Concord St., and Kianna-Leigh Harrison, 19, who is homeless.
