Walker tabs three as NH co-chairs

Republican presidential hopeful Scott Walker is naming three prominent GOP activists as New Hampshire campaign co-chairmen.

The three are former Republican National Committeewoman Phyllis Woods, former state GOP vice chairman Cliff Hurst, and veteran activist Chris Wolfe.

The state leadership roll-out comes as the two-term Wisconsin governor hits New Hampshire for three days of campaigning.

Walker starts his trip with remarks to an education summit at Londonderry High School.

Other Wednesday stops are a Strafford County GOP town hall meeting at Turbocam International in Barrington, where Walker plans to discuss his proposal to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.

Walker wraps up his Wednesday at a house party at the Derry home of Chris Wolfe, one of his new co-chairs.
