Manchester tech firm Dyn secures $50 Million in equity funding
MANCHESTER — Dyn, a Millyard company that helps Web-based businesses manage their Internet traffic, has secured $50 million in private equity funding, the company announced Tuesday.
The Series B round came from Pamplona Capital Management.
“Internet performance management is a requirement for global enterprises as companies leverage the Internet for mission-critical delivery of their business,” said Dyn CEO and co-founder Jeremy Hitchcock, in a statement.
Dyn's high-profile portfolio includes Pfizer, Visa, Netflix and Twitter. The company was ranked 262 last year in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the nation's fast-growing technology companies. It employs more than 400 workers.
