Ex-NH corrections officer sues over not receiving OT hours while on 'light duty' for injury

BRENTWOOD — A former Rockingham County corrections officer is suing the county alleging disability discrimination for not receiving overtime hours while working "light duty" due to an injury. He also reported to the court that he should be paid enhanced damages because the alleged discriminatory conduct "was taken with willful and/or reckless disregard" of his rights.
