Heather Leigh Mumford of Purdys, N.Y., and Greg Brodsky of Manchester, N.H., were married December 17, 2016, in a small ceremony at the Kemble Inn in Lenox, Mass. The bride and groom were surrounded by 17 very close family members and friends. The wedding was officiated by Rabbi Lori Shaller of Oak Bluffs, Mass.
The maids of honor were Doris Reisig of Boston, Mass., and Sarah Wertheim of Brookline, Mass. The best man was Scott Cavanaugh of Easthampton, Mass., formerly of Auburn, N.H.
The bride, Ms. Mumford, 33, is an archivist for the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She received her master's degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons College in Boston.
She is the daughter of Allan and Deborah Mumford of Purdys. The bride's father is employed by Metro North Commuter Railroad in New York, N.Y. Her mother is an educator in the Edgemont school district in Scarsdale, N.Y., an adjunct faculty member at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., and is the founder and director of the Nature of Things in North Salem, N.Y.
The groom, Mr. Brodsky, 40, graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn. He is the founder of The Bike Cooperative at CCA Global Partners and works as a consultant specializing in purchasing groups and small-business development.
His father, Howard Brodsky, is chairman and CEO of CCA Global Partners in Manchester. His mother, Kathy Brodsky of Manchester, is a children's book author and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice.
The couple traveled to the Canary Islands for their honeymoon. They live in Somerville, Mass.
