UNH women's soccer team stays unbeaten

The University of New Hampshire women’s soccer team is 2-0-0.
Senior forward Veronica Hardy scored on a header in the second half, lifting the Wildcats to a 2-1 victory over Sacred Heart on Sunday at Bremner Field in Durham.
Sophomore Kaylan Williams scored 20 seconds into the game for UNH, which is 2-0-0 for the first time since 1993. Senior goalie Mia Neas made five saves, surrendering only a free kick goal by Alex Mesropyan with time expiring in the first half.
UNH, which outshot Sacred Heart 16-12, will host Colgate on Friday at 4:30 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium.
