The New England Patriots added depth at defensive end Saturday, trading fifth and seventh-round picks to the Seattle Seahawks in exchange for Cassius Marsh, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Marsh, 25, is in his fourth year in the league out of UCLA. He has collected 55 tackles in his career with Seattle, including three sacks last year as a depth player. Considering the Patriots have little depth at defensive end after Trey Flowers, Marsh looks like a great fit.
Meanwhile the seventh-round pick sent over to Seattle in the deal is the exact pick the Patriots acquired in the Justin Coleman trade Friday.

Pats get cornerback
The New England Patriots acquired cornerback Johnson Bademosi in a trade with the Detroit Lions for an undisclosed future draft pick on Saturday.
Detroit will receive a 2019 sixth-round pick from New England in the deal, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.
The 27-year-old Bademosi is expected to be used primarily as a special teamer in New England. He led the Cleveland Browns in special teams tackles in each of his first four seasons before joining the Lions in 2016.
Bademosi is entering his sixth NFL season after joining the Browns in 2012 as an undrafted free agent out of Stanford. He spent his first four seasons with the Browns before signing with the Lions before last season.
Last season in Detroit, Bademosi had 22 tackles, a career-high five passes defensed and his lone career interception. He has 93 tackles and eight passes defensed over 78 career games.

Bolden, Foster cut
Two veteran running backs were cut by the Patriots Saturday as the team made final cuts to get to 53 players.
Brandon Bolden, who has been a key special teams contributor for six years, was waived, as was D.J. Foster, who spent last year with the team.
The Pats also cut defensive end Geneo Grissom, who was with the club last year.
Also waived were receiver Cody Hollister, tight end James O'Shaughnessy and cornerbacks Kenny More and D.J. Killings and fullback Glenn Gronkowski.
