65th: Mr. and Mrs. Paquette

Lea & Maurice Paquette 

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice E. Paquette of Manchester recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Paquette and the former Lea A. Thibodeau were married on Sept. 1, 1952 at St. Anthony Church in Manchester.

Mr. and Mrs. Paquette are the parents of the late Marc Paquette and a daughter, Ellen, and son-in-law David Boudreau. They also have a grandson, David Boudreau Jr., and have opened their hearts to a foster granddaughter, Samantha Cooper.

An anniversary Mass was celebrated by the Very Rev. Richard Dion, V.F. at St. Anthony Church. The immediate family had a private party at the British Beer Company restaurant in Manchester.

Mr. Paquette was a lieutenant colonel in the New Hampshire National Guard. He retired after 38 years of service.

Mrs. Paquette was a dental assistant and remains a homemaker.
