The Way Home in Manchester seeking help to repair playground fence

MANCHESTER — The Way Home -- a nonprofit that helps the homeless -- is seeking help to repair a playground fence damaged in a car accident.

“We’re appealing to the community for help with this project as the motorist who hit our fence was uninsured,” said Bianka Beaudoin, its director of development. “The repairs will cost several thousand dollars and until they are made, our families can’t use the playground.”

Donations of skilled labor, materials and money are welcome, she said. Beaudoin can be contacted at 218-1458.
