Farmington man charged after early Monday Rochester crash

ROCHESTER — A Farmington man was charged with driving under the influence after police said he rolled his pickup truck on its side and hit a tree early Monday on Salmon Falls Road.

Timothy Aldus, 32, was treated at the scene after crashing his Ford F-150 about 12:45 a.m., near 311 Salmon Falls Road, police said. The truck had heavy front-end damage, police said.

Salmon Falls Road was closed between Autumn and Highland streets while police investigated. Police ask anyone with information to call them at 330-7128.
