NH College Roundup: UNH women fall to BC in OT

Senior forward Kat Fogarty and senior guard Brittni Lai scored 14 points each and the University of New Hampshire women’s basketball team took host Boston College to overtime before falling 64-55 on Sunday.
The Wildcats (7-4) also received eight points and six rebounds from Londonderry’s Aliza Simpson. They play at Sacred Heart in Fairfield, Conn., on Wednesday at noon.
Glennon leads St. A
Bedford’s Ali Glennon scored a season-high 18 points to lead the St. Anselm women’s basketball team past Post University 83-44 in Waterbury, Conn., on Sunday.
St. Anselm (7-4) also received a double-double from Shannon Ryan, who scored 15 points and grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds.

FPU wins dramatically
Doyin Fadojutimi hit a 3-point basket from the top of the key to give the Franklin Pierce University men’s basketball team a 77-76 win over Wilmington (Del.) on Sunday in the AIC Holiday Classic in Springfield, Mass.
FPU (6-5) received career-high 29 points from Mike McDevitt. Falu Seck added 16 points and Fadojutimi finished with 13.
