MANCHESTER — The Queen City’s SNHU Arena, managed by SMG, again has made it onto the list of top-ranking arenas, according to industry leading publication Pollstar.

Pollstar ranked SNHU Arena amongst the Top 10 in the United States and within the Top 30 worldwide for venues fewer than 15,000 seats based on worldwide ticket sales.

Pollstar also ranked the arena 66th in the country and 114th in the world for arenas of all sizes.

The arena continues to make a name for itself with a Top 3 placement in New England, said arena officials.

“We owe a huge thank you to the numerous promoters and agents from around the world who choose to do business here,” said Tim Bechert, senior general manager of the Elm Street arena.

“Of course the foundation of this success is our patrons, and with their continued support they will truly chart the course and future successes of SNHU Arena,” he said.

SNHU hosted 11 of the Top 25 acts in the category of Touring Artist of the Decade since their inception. These include Elton John, Dave Matthews Band, The Eagles, Aerosmith, Neil Diamond, Cher, Rod Stewart, Rascal Flatts, Britney Spears, Toby Keith and Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Looking ahead, the arena’s current season includes a double-bill show by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill on June 16; Thomas Rhett on Sept. 20 and Cole Swindell on Feb. 16.
