MANCHESTER — A Pine Street man faces several felony charges after police said he stabbed a man who was arguing with the property manager Tuesday evening.
Officers were called to 452 Pine St. about 5 p.m. to investigate, and found Jay Bingel, 38, of Manchester suffering from a 1.5-inch cut on his back. Bingel told the officers he had been arguing in the first-floor hallway when Isaac Cora, 43, stabbed him, police said.
Cora was found in his apartment and arrested, police said. A knife was found outside his window, police said.
Cora was charged with first-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence and of being a convicted felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on Wednesday.
Bingel, who was treated and released from an area hospital, was arrested on several outstanding domestic-related warrants, police said. Bingel was scheduled to appear in circuit court Wednesday.
