College Roundup: St. Anselm skaters move into first

John Femia scored a pair of goals to help the St. Anselm men’s hockey team to a 4-2 victory over Franklin Pierce on Saturday in Winchendon, Mass., moving the Hawks into first place in the Northeast-10 Conference.
St. Anselm (12-9-1 overall, 9-4-0 in the league, is one point ahead of Assumption and St. Michael’s in the standings. The Hawks and St. Michael’s each have two games left while Assumption has completed its schedule.
Women’s basketball
UNH 51, UMBC 46: In Baltimore, senior center Carlie Pogue scored 16 points and forward Olivia Healy added 14 to lead UNH (16-10 overall, 7-6 in America East).
