HUDSON — A 62-year-old Nashua man was charged with aggravated drunk driving after a three-vehicle crash on Tuesday.

Police said Francisco Santos Rivera was driving a 2001 Dodge Durango and drove through a stop sign at the intersection of Musquash Road and Wason Road just before 4:30 p.m.

The Durango traveled through the intersection and struck a Ford Escape driven by Timothy Turner, 58, of Pelham, causing the Ford Escape to strike a Honda Civic driven by Sean Conley, 38, of Hudson.

Turner suffered minor injuries and was transported by Hudson Fire to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, police said.

A passenger in the Dodge Durango was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital for evaluation of a minor injury.

Police said the intersection was closed for approximately 15 minutes while the vehicles were removed.

Santos Rivera was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated and taken to the Hudson Police Department for booking.

He was released on bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on March 15 at the 9th District Court in Nashua.
