Liberty House thanks the Globe Community Fund

March 07. 2018 7:16PM

To the Editor: The staff and veterans at Liberty House would like to take this opportunity to thank the Globe Community Fund for its generosity and support of our homeless veterans program in Manchester.

This support will be instrumental in assisting the program with meeting its expenses with regard to the purchase of food for many of the homeless and needy veterans in the greater Manchester area. The $1,000 grant ensures that homeless veterans in New Hampshire that are struggling to survive in the elements will have a support system that will provide them with the food items necessary to sustain themselves.

In light of the fact that Liberty House depends entirely on private donations for its financial sustenance, support such as that rendered by the Globe Community Fund is most critical to the perpetuity of the Liberty House homeless veteran program. Liberty House is genuinely proud to have the Globe Community Fund in its corner as an ally in its fight against homelessness amongst America’s veterans. Their compassion and generosity has made a genuine difference in the success of the Liberty House program.

Anyone that wants to assist Liberty House in this battle can send or drop off their donation to: Liberty House, 75 W. Baker St., Manchester, NH 03103, or call 603-669-0761 if you require additional information.
