MANCHESTER — Police, acting on a tip that a woman they were looking for was at a city address early Wednesday, found the woman hiding in a closet and arrested two other people who ran out the back door of the apartment, according to a release.

Officers went to a second-floor apartment at 23 Prospect St. at 12:40 a.m. looking for Amanda Morin, 31, of Manchester, on a no-bail warrant from Hillsborough County Superior Court North on a charge of failing to appear and a warrant from Concord police, the release said.

When the officers knocked on the door, police said, Michael Janelle, 22, of Manchester, tried to flee. He was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled drug when police found he had .6 grams of methamphetamine, police said. Janelle was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court on April 19.

Police said Brooke Foster, 25, no fixed address, also fled the address and was caught at Elm and Pennacook streets. She was arrested on several outstanding warrants, police said.
