Derry man busted at McDonald's after reportedly urinating at skate park

HOOKSETT — A Derry man was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Zachary Messier, 25, of Derry, was arrested after police responded to a report that an agitated man was throwing signs and other objects into the street near McDonald's in Hooksett Saturday just before 8 p.m.

Police said Messier admitted to being upset because he had to walk back to Derry from Hooksett and threw two signs and a cone into the roadway. He also admitted to urinating at the skate park.

Messier was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court on May 17.
