MANCHESTER — A popular breakfast and lunch restaurant with four locations in New Hampshire will soon open a fifth site in the state’s largest city.
Tucker’s, which operates locations in Hooksett, New London, Concord and Dover, was first launched in 2014. Hale Cole-Tucker and his wife, Erica, are co-owners of the small chain, and pride themselves on their restaurants’ customer service and comforting atmosphere.
The newest Tucker’s is scheduled to open by late summer or early fall of this year at 725 Huse Road in Manchester, in the same plaza as Chunky’s Cinema and Pub.
“Tucker’s is beyond proud to announce that we are now firmly on track to open our fifth location in Manchester,” said Hale Cole-Tucker in a statement. “None of this would be possible without the tremendous support of our incredible team, who’s hard work, loyalty, commitment, and amazing talent have given us the confidence needed to continue growing Tucker’s. And, of course, the support of our customers, without whom we would never have been able to watch Tucker’s grow to the communities that have welcomed us to date.”
Cole-Tucker said Tucker’s specializes in breakfast and lunch options. The owners try to use local options when purchasing food for use in the kitchen.
According to Cole-Tucker, the Tucker’s motto — ‘Good eats, great people,’ — means management not only listens to customers, but integrates their feedback into their business plan.
The results? Tucker’s has received multiple awards, including Favorite Breakfast (statewide multi-location category) in New Hampshire Magazine’s Best of NH 2018 and Best Breakfast and Best Restaurant for Kids in the Hippo’s Best of 2017. The first Tucker’s location opened in 2014 at 1328 Hooksett Road in Hooksett, with locations in New London (2015), Concord (2016), and Dover (2017).
“It is both an honor and a privilege to see Tucker’s not only succeed in our current locations, but to continue to grow into New Hampshire’s biggest city,” says Cole-Tucker in a statement. “We hope that we can become as large a part of the community in Manchester as we have become in Hooksett, New London, Concord, and Dover.”
