KEENE — Three city residents were arrested on drug charges Tuesday when police searched a Baker Street residence after a two-week investigation.

Police said they found drugs and items related to drug sales when they raided 168 Baker St. as part of a Granite Shield operation.

Wayne D. Bohannon, 29, of Baker Street, was charged with sale of a controlled drug, a felony, police said.

Sarah M. Hilow, 25, of Baker Street, was charged with one felony count of sale of a controlled drug, with the possibility of an enhanced sentence because the alleged sale occurred next to an elementary school while it was in session, police said.

Debbie A. Duval, 42, also of Baker Street, was charged with one count of possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute, according to a news release.

The case remains under investigation and police ask anyone with additional information to contact Detective Jennifer Truman or Detective Donald Lundin at 357-9820.
