LEBANON — An investigation into the uploading of child pornography to the internet that began in April has led to the arrest of local man after police said they found more than 1,000 videos and images on his electronic devices.
Joshua I. LaClair, 32, of Elm Street, was arrested Friday and charged with 39 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images and one count of distribution of child sexual abuse images, all Class A felonies.
Police said LaClair’s electronic devices contained images and video of very graphic child pornography involving underage children, including infants.
LaClair was being held in the Grafton County jail and was scheduled to be arraigned Monday, police said.
