NH teams sweep Vt. in Twin State lacrosse

The New Hampshire teams swept Vermont in Saturday’s Hanover Lions Byrne Cup Twin State All-Star lacrosse games on Saturday at Hanover High.

Souhegan’s Brigid Casey and Portsmouth’s Lily Madden paced the Granite State girls’ 17-10 victory. Casey notched four goals and one assist, and Madden scored five goals. Exeter’s Mike Penna scored four goals and added two assists to spark the New Hampshire boys’ 19-7 triumph.
