PELHAM — A 20-year-old woman faces several charges after crashing her Jeep through a rock wall and rolling it on its side in the yard of a Simpson Road home Sunday, police said.

Megan Lemay, who was not hurt in the 2 a.m. crash, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of prescription drugs and with using a mobile device while driving, according to a news release.

Police said Lemay was heading east on Simpson Road toward Route 111A when she failed to stay in her lane on a bend, crashed through the wall and rolled over. Officers said they saw drugs and an iPhone still open to a FaceTime call while they investigated, and that Lemay appeared to be impaired.

Lemay was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is to be arraigned in Salem circuit court on July 9, police said.
