Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who was batting .407 with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at the time of his knee injury earlier this season, will be promoted to the Toronto Blue Jays' Triple-A team in Buffalo, according to the Toronto Sun.

Guerrero, a third baseman, has been sidelined since June 6 with a strained patella tendon. When he returns, he'll report to Buffalo, according to the Sun.

The No. 1 prospect in baseball, Guerrero was slashing .407/.457/.667 with 11 homers and 55 RBIs in Manchester.
