NASHUA — Verico Technology, which is housed on Innovative Way, is moving its corporate offices out of the Gate City.

The offices are relocating to Enfield, Conn., into a newly renovated manufacturing facility, according to a release.

The move will allow the company to grow, and enable the renovated space in Connecticut to house Verico Technology’s marketing, sales, customer service, manufacturing and research and development divisions.

“This is a very exciting time for us. This is a great location and I’m thrilled that recent renovations allowed us to bring all departments together,” Yuval Dubois, CEO of Verico Technology, said in a statement.

Earlier this year, Presstek’s waterless division became Verico Technology, which provides waterless printing solutions and coating technologies.

Moving the company’s headquarters from Nashua to Enfield, Conn., “coincides with expansion in manufacturing capabilities resulting from installation of additional coating line,” says the release, adding the new space reflects on the company’s environmental approach and allows the business to focus on quality and efficiency.

Dubois did not return an email seeking comment on Tuesday; a call to the company seeking additional details was not returned.

The Nashua headquarters is located at 200 Innovative Way. It is not clear when the official move to Connecticut will take place.

This past March, the company announced that it will begin focusing on expanding its market share for waterless plates and coating technologies in the printing industry, as well as expanding its offerings to new market segments, according to a release.

“With over 125,000 square feet production facility, we look forward to shaking some ground and dedicating resources to grow our portfolio,” Kevin Ray, Verico’s research and development director, said in a statement at the time.

Dubois agreed, saying Verico Technology’s research and development team is looking forward to raising industry standards and delivering high-quality products that offer environmental advantages to its clients.

According to the company’s website, Verico Technology produces Zahara products such as waterless newspaper printing, narrow web label printing, CD/DVD printing, sheet fed printing and more.
