CONCORD - Actor Alec Baldwin, whose impression of President Donald Trump has become a recurring part on “Saturday Night Live,” will headline the New Hampshire Democratic Party's Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner.
The annual event, which the party renamed from the Kennedy-Clinton Dinner this year, will be held Oct. 14 at the Manchester Downtown Hotel. Proceeds help fund campaigns for Democratic office seekers.
“With 69 days until the election, I have dedicated my efforts to helping the Democratic Party win across the country,” Baldwin said in a statement released by the party. “I'm excited to speak at the Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner knowing that New Hampshire has been on the frontlines of electing strong Democratic candidates to office.”
