MANCHESTER - A 13-year-old reported missing over the weekend was found late Monday afternoon in a Concord Street apartment, police said. Lindsey Young was reported missing Sunday, and was the subject of an "A Child is Missing" alert system that involved telephone calls to hundreds of city residents.
The House Finance Committee has recommended that the state restore $314,394 in funding to the Claremont, Colebrook, Keene and Milford District Courts. Oh, the hypocrisy!

BRENTWOOD - Updated, 10:38 p.m. Maurice Buzzell, 53, was found guilty Tuesday of negligent homicide for causing a fatal workplace accident that killed his employee, 22-year-old Jon Paul LaVigueur, in August 2007.
