Manchester man charged with criminal threatening following report of shots firedBy PAUL FEELY

MANCHESTER — A city man was arrested Sunday in connection with a report of shots fired on Lake Avenue this weekend.
According to Manchester Police Sgt. Richard Brennan, around 3:38 a.m. Sunday officers responded to 253 Lake Ave. to investigate reports of gunshots fired outside the address. Witnesses reported that a motor vehicle had stopped outside and a tall, dark-skinned black male exited the vehicle and fired at least one round into the air.
Police say after speaking with witnesses a man identified as DelDuku Bullen, 23, of Manchester was identified as a possible suspect in the incident.
Officers from the city’s Gang Prevention Unit were conducting surveillance along South and Lowell street when they spotted Bullen. He was passenger in a motor vehicle when observed by police, and the vehicle was stopped.
Bullen was positively identified by police, and a gun was found in the vehicle. He was arrested on charges of felony criminal threatening, falsifying physical evidence and violation of bail conditions.
He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
