MILTON — Police in Milton are investigating an incident at Nute Middle/High School involving a former student who refused to leave the building.

Guerdon Zerbinopoulos, 18, of Milton Mills, entered the school Tuesday afternoon, and when he allegedly became disruptive, officials put the building into lockdown.

Zerbinopoulos reportedly ran out of the building after another student and began punching and kicking the outside of the building. Then he allegedly got into his vehicle and revved the engine.

Although police said Zerbinopoulos did not strike the school with his vehicle, he was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He will be arraigned at Rochester Circuit Court on March 20.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Chief Richard Krauss at 652-4500.
