Riman Douedari, 25, was with friends at Farm Bar and Grille in Manchester on June 22 when this man allegedly tugged at her hijab.

MANCHESTER — Police have released a second photo of a man accused of yanking the hijab headdress of Muslim woman while she sitting with co-workers at a city restaurant two weeks ago.

The new picture though somewhat out of focus provides a frontal view of the man’s face. He appears to be middle aged, with light eyebrows and lighter hair at the top and sides of his hairline. His lips are sealed and his facial expression is stern.

The initial photograph released by police showed a man in profile but with few distinguishing facial characteristics.

Police are asking for help identifying the man who accosted Riman Douedari, 25, at Farm Bar and Grille on June 22.

On Tuesday morning, the New Hamsphire Union Leader provided the new image to Manchester police and asked for confirmation. Within two hours police made the image public.
