MANCHESTER — A homeless man who allegedly threw a rock Monday night through the window of the Citizens Bank on Hanover Street is facing a felony charge.

“The caller advised police about a man with a neck tattoo leaving the area on foot after he threw a rock though a bank window,” police said in a press release.
