Sixth-seeded Franklin Pierce got an RBI single from catcher Marty Dunlap that scored Derry's Zach Mathieu in the top of the 13th inning and hung on to defeat fourth-seeded Southern New Hampshire, 3-2, in the the NCAA Division II East Regional Baseball Championship at Penmen Field in Manchester.

The Southern New Hampshire University baseball team scored three runs in the third inning and that was enough for a 3-2 victory over Pace in Friday night's winners' bracket game in the NCAAA Division II East Regional at Penmen Field.
