Jeanne Picard of Goffstown and John Plourde of Goffstown were married Aug. 26, 2017, in a double-ring ceremony by Justice of the Peace Kathy Pitman at Executive Court in Manchester.
The bride is the daughter of Raymond LaCasse and the late Helen LaCasse, and the groom is the son of Jeanette Plourde and the late Rudy Plourde.
The bride was given in marriage by her father and her three sons, Christopher Picard, Jonathan Picard and Andrew Picard.
The matron of honor was Inauris Picard, daughter-in-law of the bride. Other bridal attendants were Brittany Bowen, future daughter-in-law of the bride, and Kayla Reeves, daughter of the groom.
Robert Plourde, brother of the groom, was the best man. The ushers were Mark Sanchioni, brother-in-law of the groom, and Alfio Torrisi, friend of the groom.
A reception was held at Executive Court.
After a two-week honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple is living in Goffstown.
The bride graduated from Goffstown High School and from Notre Dame College. She retired from teaching in the Concord School District and is now a teacher with VLACS, the Virtual Learning Academy Charter School.
The bridegroom graduated from Pembroke Academy and from trade school. He is an electrical inspector with the city of Portsmouth.
