Courtney Brown and Philippe Candido were married Aug. 11 at St. Joseph Chapel, College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, Mass. Father Michael F. Ford, S.J., officiated the ceremony.
Hayley Brown of Londonderry, the bride's sister, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Renee Brown of East Lyme, Conn.; Eileen Hurley of Boston; Charlotte Isabel of Essex Fells, N.J.; Kristina Putnam of Danvers, Mass.; and Vicki Sei of Worcester.
The best man was the groom's brother, Matheus Candido of Hampton. Groomsmen included Garrett Brown of East Lyme, Conn.; Nicholas DelTorto of Boston; Amon Faria of Sharon, Mass.; Isaque Faria of Orlando; Gustavo Marques of Lowell, Mass.; and George Ramos of New Haven, Conn.
The ring bearer was Gavin Brown, nephew of the bride. The flower girls were sisters Mila Marques, goddaughter of the groom, and Demi Marques.
The bride, daughter of Gordon and Karen Brown of Londonderry, received a bachelor's degree in economics from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. She is a consultant in Boston.
The groom, son of Marcelo and Rosangela Candido of Lowell, earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Holy Cross and a master's degree in business administration from University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is a sourcing manager in Boston.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and lives in Boston.
