Temp, full time position from 10/1/19 through 12/12/19, 7a-4p, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Mon-Sun schedule, days may vary based upon weather, must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays as needed. Start/end times may vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $16.98/hr, $25.47/hr OT. Potential end of the season bonus at employer's discretion. Percentage of health care offered. Apply fertilizers, prepare lawns & flower beds for spring season; Mow, trim, edgelawns; water turf, flower beds, perform spring/fall clean ups, weed beds, plant trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns; spread mulch; Mid-season pruning; install, repair sprinklers, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry units. Pre-employment drug testing reqd, Able to lift 50lbs, No exp reqd, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request, Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. The employer will assist in securing lodging at the reasonable fair market value cost of rent and/or utilities based on number of occupants for those employeeswho voluntarily elect to live in available premises. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residenceeach day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
