What is the best career advice you ever received?

The best advice I ever received was do not let other people’s opinions define your reality. People love to give advice, whether solicited or not. Only you know what you really want out of life. Sometimes listening to yourself is your best option.

What motivates you to give back to your community?

Thanks to the efforts of previous generations New Hampshire was a great place for me to grow up. My motivation is to ensure New Hampshire is a great place for my children’s generation and generations to come.

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?

The real world is not like school. There is no right or wrong answer in what path you chose … only different paths.

What would make New Hampshire more attractive to young professionals?

The current trend in young professionals is that everyone seems to have a “side hustle.” Sometimes these side hustles turn into profitable small businesses. New Hampshire is a great place to run a small business, particularly online. People I speak with who are not from New Hampshire are always shocked by the lack of “red tape” here. I would like to see more private and/or public initiatives to incentivize young entrepreneurs to come to our state.

Volunteer activities: Board of Trustees Franco American Centre of New Hampshire, Event Organizer of NH PoutineFest, Board of Directors Stoney Creek Condo Association, Fidelity Cares.

Last major achievement: My last major achievement, along with my working team, was completing the site strategy plan for NH PoutineFest. We have an event that puts New Hampshire on an international stage. It was very important to establish a solid foundation for the event to ensure it will be successful for years to come.
