BEDFORD — Six New Hampshire real estate agents have banded together to launch a new extension of Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan.
Inspire Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan is a team collaboration model serving southern New Hampshire, the Londonderry region and Seacoast area.
“Teams are the wave of the future in real estate, and we are leading the change in our area,” said Monika Flagg, a Realtor and executive assistant with Inspire Realty Group.
The group launched at the end of January with six agents from Keller Williams Realty — Flagg, Jennifer Stanley, Jennifer Orzechowski, Lisa Major, Brian House, Nicole Hancock, Jennifer Delisle and Tara Albert. Together, the agents have a combined 40 years of real estate experience and have sold more than 750 homes.
“As a single agent, you can only do so much,” said Delisle, one of the founding agents of Inspire Realty Group. “You can only properly service your clients on your own for so long.”
For the past three years, Delisle has been searching for ways to promote and enhance the collaborative approach to real estate. Keller Williams offers a model that is ideal for operating a business within a business, she said.
“It makes sense to stay here, but our focus now is that they allow us to brand ourselves,” she said, explaining each agent within Inspire Realty Group has its own clients and database, but they can also collaborate and grow as a team with new agents and new opportunities.
Some of the team works at the Keller Williams Realty office Bedford, while others are housed at Keller Williams locations in Londonderry and Hampton.
“Our goal, at this point, is really to grow and add agents to our team … and really be a source to be reckoned with in the market,” Delisle said.
The group is hoping to take a powerful position in the real estate market not only in New Hampshire, but in Massachusetts and Maine as well. Delisle is also optimistic that new agents will be interested in joining the team to take advantage of the group’s combined experience and knowledge in the field.
“The market is still, year over year, in good shape. The inventory is still actually quite low. We are going to see another strong year for 2019,” she said. “In a lot of places and towns it is still a seller’s market.”
While spring is traditionally the most popular time for the real estate market, winter is a great time to list because inventory is low, and there is not a lot of competition, said Delisle.
“In a few months the inventory will flood. I probably have at least 20 buyers just sitting here waiting. Our team is looking to add listings to our inventory and we are hunting for sellers,” she added.
Inspire Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan will host a grand opening launch event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. March 20 at the Riverside Room in Manchester. For more information, visit inspiregroupnh.com
