ONE OF THE MOST important aspects of progressing in your career is knowing and acknowledging what you need to improve on. I often remind myself that we all have things we are very good at, and we all have things we are not so good at. Hopefully you work in an environment where you are given pointed feedback on areas you need to improve that you may not notice. If not, you have to learn to self-reflect and identify skills you need to improve on your own.
