KEENE — The New Hampshire Business Finance Authority has agreed to support a Keene company with an energy loan of up to $210,000 to complete the renovation of its new headquarters.
Paragon Digital Marketing provides online-focused marketing services through pay-per-click digital advertising, search engine optimization, social media management, website development, email marketing and website analytics. The company is expanding into a former church building in downtown Keene. The building, constructed in 1869, had been vacant since 2010 and needed significant renovations, the authority said in a release. Paragon expects to add 12 full-time positions.
“Paragon’s investment in this building will not only create a beautiful new headquarters for a growing company but will also resurrect what had been an abandoned building in the downtown Keene area,” said James Key-Wallace, executive director of the New Hampshire BFA, in a statement. “This loan will help Paragon make the investments necessary to repurpose a unique, historic structure and turn it into an energy-efficient property that can accommodate their growing workforce.”
