The former Rite Aid building on South Willow Street in Manchester is being renovated in hopes of drawing smaller, higher-end shops to one of the busiest sections of the city.

The units — there will be up to 12 — will range from 600 square feet to 1,300 square feet, but larger spaces can be built out, according to Denise Bernard, a Realtor with Keller Williams Coastal Realty. The development will be known as South Willow Commons.
