CONCORD — Police said they have arrested two of three people believed connected to a November shooting that left a man seriously injured.
Devon Gilligan, 18, of Concord was charged with robbery and attempted murder, police said in a statement.
Chea Chebo, also 18, of Concord was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery and accomplice to robbery. Chebo was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned March 28.
The pair were arrested Wednesday.
Detectives were making arrangements for a third person to be arrested. That person faces charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and accomplice to armed robbery.
Police were sent after 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 24 to the area of Penacook Square for a report of a man with a gunshot wound inside his car.
The man was taken to Concord Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
