CONCORD --Manchester resident Abelino Morales-Padilla, 38, will spend the next 3½ years in federal prison for trafficking fentanyl, federal prosecutors announced.

Morales-Padilla was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court. Prosecutors said a confidential informant pointed him out to police, and in 2016 police found 424 grams of fentanyl in his car after it was pulled over in Londonderry.

He pleaded guilty to trafficking-related charges in July.
