Anyone entering a state courthouse must now wear a face mask, according to an emergency order announced Tuesday by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

The mask must cover both the nose and mouth, and the order applies to both employees and the public.

Court workers will provide a mask to anyone without one.

Although most court hearings are now taking place via telephone, courthouses are still open for emergency filings and scheduled hearings.
