HOLLIS - A Brookline teen is facing another drunk driving charge after local police say he hit a Mercedes on Broad Street while out on bail for an earlier arrest in Milford.
On July 29, Christian G. Cenci, 18, of Brookline was attempting to pass another vehicle when he struck an oncoming Mercedes, police allege.
According to police, officers suspected Cenci was under the influence of an intoxicating substance and charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless operation and a yellow line violation.
Police later learned Cenci was free on bail following a DUI arrest in Milford just two days prior. He was subsequently charged with breach of bail conditions.
Cenci was transferred to the Valley Street jail in Manchester, where he was later released. He is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 14 in 9th Circuit Court, District Division, Nashua.
