HOOKSETT — A Connecticut man was arrested after passing out in the drive-thru lane at a McDonald’s, police said Sunday.
Joshua Irizarry, 23, of Southington, Conn., was arrested around 1:15 a.m. Saturday after police were called to the McDonald’s, police said in a news release Sunday.
Irizarry failed a field sobriety test and was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, according to the release.
Irizarry was taken to the Hooksett Police Department, where a breath test showed he had a blood-alcohol content of .09 percent, police said. Irizarry was released on personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in 6th Circuit District Court in Hooksett on Feb. 21, police said.
