MANCHESTER — A city police officer was struck in the face while trying to break up a South Main Street.

When police arrived they found about a dozen people arguing. As one officer spoke with those gathered, the group began to surround him, police said.

“Another officer told the group they needed to move back,” they said. “A female, identified as 21-year-old Breyanna Wilson of Goffstown, swore at the officer and pushed him. As he tried to arrest her, she punched him in the jaw.”

Wilson was taken into custody and charged with riot, simple assault and resisting arrest. Police also arrested Habacuc Gonzalez, 19, of Candia for riot, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Both were released on personal recognizance bond and scheduled for a Nov. 7 court hearing.

Isiaah Torres, 20, of Manchester, Angelina Robles, 18, of Manchester, and Zachery Robles, 21, also of Manchester, were all charged with riot and resisting arrest. The trio were released on personal recognizance bond and give a court date of Nov. 6.
