NASHUA — An Operation Granite Shield investigation in Nashua resulted in two local residents facing drug charges.

The Thursday operation was conducted by the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and the Traffic Unit.

Misty Brown, 42, 14 Maple St., was charged with the sale of methamphetamine.

She refused bail prior to her arraignment Friday at Hillsborough County Superior Court South in Nashua.

Benjamin Thomson, 25, 38 Chandler St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with possession of suboxone, a drug that is used to deal with the withdrawal symptoms from addiction to opioids.

He was released on his own personal recognizance and was scheduled for a Jan. 17 arraignment, officials said.
